*    AMBIENCE RURAL RETAILING SERVICES PVT. LTD.: to establish Silage cum Compost Yards in conjunction with Biogas Plants and/or 2nd generation Bio fuels Plants. 

*    AMBIENCE ENGINEERING PVT. LTD: to establish Biomass Depots to produce assured quality Biomass Chips/Briquettes, having upstream linkages to Plantations/Farms. 

*      MOZAMBIQUE ENERGY PTE LTD : AMBIENCE, through its subsidiary CVC India Infrastructure Pte Ltd., has established Mozambique Bio Energy Pte Ltd., to develop "Agriculture + Bio energy" Projects in Africa.
